Can we pay monthly?

We currently do not have a monthly payment option for our subscriptions.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, the subscription auto-renews at the end of the plan term. You will receive an email 30 days, 14 days and 3 days before renewal to advise you of the renewal and give you the chance to cancel if you do not wish to maintain the plan.

You can stop the auto-renew by cancelling your plan. Your current plan will remain active until the end of the plan term.

How do I know when my subscription will expire?

Your renewal date is shown in the Billing section of your account settings. You will also receive reminder emails 30, 14, and 3 days before it is due, so you will not be renewed unexpectedly without any warning.

Can I share my account with a colleague?

All Chatter Labs accounts are licensed for a single user account. This is covered in our terms of service.

Can we get a refund?

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on first-year purchases made via our web platform. For more information, please refer to our terms of service.

Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel at any point. Your plan will remain valid until the end of the term and no further payments will be taken.

To do this, go to your Profile page and select "Cancel my Plan" in the Membership section.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Schools and districts can also pay by purchase order or bank transfer; contact us to arrange this.

When will payments be taken?

Your first payment is charged on the day you subscribe, then automatically on the same date each year. You will receive advance reminder emails before any charge is made.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, an invoice is automatically emailed to you after each payment and can be downloaded any time from the Billing section of your account. This is useful if you are claiming reimbursement from your school or employer.

Do you offer school or district-wide subscriptions?

Yes, you can contact us to discuss a school-wide subscription. Our licensing is per professional and per child for home practice, and we can make a custom offer for your school or district.
