Yes, the subscription auto-renews at the end of the plan term. You will receive an email 30 days, 14 days and 3 days before renewal to advise you of the renewal and give you the chance to cancel. You can stop auto-renew by cancelling your plan; your current plan remains active until the end of the term.

Your renewal date is shown in the Billing section of your account settings. You will also receive reminder emails 30, 14, and 3 days before it is due, so you will not be renewed unexpectedly.

All Chatter Labs accounts are licensed for a single user account. This is covered in our terms of service. Respecting our terms helps ensure that all professionals contribute fairly, allowing us to keep providing affordable, high-quality tools for the community.

Yes, an invoice is automatically emailed to you after each payment and can be downloaded any time from the Billing section of your account — useful if you are claiming reimbursement from your school or employer.
