Conformance Status
Public Website (chatter-labs.com)
Current Level: WCAG 2.1 Level AA – Partial Compliance
Our public-facing website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards following a comprehensive internal audit completed in December 2025. The website demonstrates strong accessibility foundations with skip navigation, semantic HTML, full keyboard accessibility, and proper image alt text. Two high-priority issues remain (form accessibility and color contrast) and will be resolved by January 2026.
Assessment Status: Full WCAG 2.1 AA audit completed December 2025
Member Portals (members.chatter-labs.com)
Current Level: WCAG 2.1 Level AA – Partial Compliance
The Chatter Labs SLP Dashboard is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. This means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to achieve full compliance by end of Q1 2025.
